A1 Advanced Drafting specialises in Architectural plans for new homes, extensions, renovations, alterations and additions, second storey additions, garages, sheds, decks, awnings, granny flats, pools, outdoor living and entertainment areas, gazebos and carports.
We offer a comprehensive Architectural Drafting Service, including onsite consultations, working drawings for Council development applications, design and planning advice including recommendations to improve your project. We can attend council meetings with you if required and interpret their jargon.
We prepare Architectural plans, and Architectural drawings using Computer Aided Drafting and 3D computer generated computer models. We also prepare BASIX Certificates and can assist Bushfire reports and surveys.
We can recommend local private certifiers, surveyors, builders, landscapers and engineers and other contractors to assist you when the time comes.
